esmar was founded in 1988 by Frigerio Oreste, but its roots trace back to the 1950s, when the family’s first textile business, Vegor, began in Nibionno, the heart of the Brianza weaving area.

Today, Tesmar remains a proudly family-run company, led by the founder’s children — Maurizio, Angela, and Raffaele — who respectively oversee domestic markets, accounting&finance and production.
Tesmar continues to combine technical expertise, family values and Italian craftsmanship to meet and exceed the expectations of discerning customers.

ienostile is a family-owned design studio based in Monza, just north of Milan.
Founded as “Stile” in the late 1950s by the father of Paolo and Simona Guslandi, the company was born out of a deep and enduring passion for the beauty and the complexity of jacquard fabrics.

​In the late 90s Simona Moggia joined the company and added her merchandising and commercial skills to the business, making it grow internationally. The new Pienostile team is not just focused to create beautiful fabrics but to also support international customers to develop the perfect textiles for their own purpose and markets.
